Full Time Day Shift Manufacturing Doors and Frames

Trusted manufacturer of high quality residential and commercial doors, who takes pride in craftsmanship reliability and a safe supportive work environment. Currently seeking a dependable General Labourer to join our production team in Oakville.

Position Overview
The General Labourer supports daily production activities including material handling assembly packaging and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This role is ideal for someone who is hands on reliable and comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly of wood steel or fiberglass doors and frames
• Operate basic hand tools power tools and production equipment
• Measure cut sand and prepare materials as required
• Load and unload materials and move products throughout the facility
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package label and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labour manufacturing carpentry or construction is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable punctual and able to work well in a team environment

Shift and Compensation

• Full time Monday to Friday
• Day shift typical hours 700 AM to 330 PM or similar
• $18.25/hour
• Opportunities for overtime
