We are currently accepting applications for the position of: 

Safety & Quality Control - Night Shift ($3.00 Night Shift Premium applies)

Full Time, Monday to Thursday (4:00pm –2:00am)

All necessary training will be provided.

This role is responsible for proactively identifying, documenting, and communicating safety & quality issues early in the production process.

Essential Functions & Duties

• Check & sign off on all documentation at each station
• File completed paperwork
• Proactively monitor quality throughout the shift
• Use non-conformance system to notify leads of an issue
• Do QC checks on small parts
• Preform random parts and parts box audits
• Verify drawing packages for accuracy
• Look for material and process defects in all stations
• Contribute to the development of SOPs, SWP, JSA & Quality Standards
• Document & follow up on near-miss & incident processes
• Complete daily tasks as outlined by the Safety & Quality Control Manager as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Welding experience preferred
• Safety experience considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong focus on quality
• Strong work ethic
• Team player
• Able to lift 50lb
