What You'll Do
As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process, including:
Business Development
- Prospect and develop new client relationships
- Generate new recruitment opportunities through phone, email, social media, and networking
- Conduct client meetings and hiring needs assessments
- Prepare and present recruitment proposals
- Negotiate service agreements and recruitment fees
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source skilled trades candidates through databases, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Recruit for positions such as:
- Electricians
- Millwrights
- Welders
- Machinists
- Industrial Mechanics
- HVAC Technicians
- Heavy Equipment Technicians
- Plumbers
- Carpenters
- Maintenance Technicians
- Production Supervisors
- Construction Trades Professionals
- Conduct candidate screening interviews
- Verify qualifications, certifications, and experience
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Conduct reference checks
- Present qualified candidates to clients
Account Management
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide market intelligence and hiring advice
- Manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns
- Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 1+ year of full-cycle or 360 recruitment experience
- Proven success recruiting skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, or construction professionals
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Experience sourcing passive candidates
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Self-motivated and results-driven
