Customer Service Representative

Summary

Supports customers through order entry, product inquiries, issue resolution, and account assistance. Ensures accurate processing, timely follow up, and a positive customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and adjustments
  • Resolve product and service issues by identifying problems, determining solutions, and ensuring follow up
  • Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions by phone, email, or mail
  • Assist with order placement, refunds, exchanges, and online account setup
  • Verify customer information, take payments, and update contact details
  • Provide product information, company policies, and support during product recalls
  • Maintain communication standards, procedures, and policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience with strong phone and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with financial reporting software; Sage 300 preferred
