Job Title: QA Coordinator

Department: QA Department

Report to: Director of Quality Assurance

Location: Milner Avenue, Scarborough, Ontario, M1S 4G7

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine QA tasks such as issuing controlled forms, maintaining centralized QA databases, and archive batch records.
• Coordinate equipment calibration, facility/utility monitoring, and pest control program. Coordinate the preparation, revision and update of SOPS, and facilitate SOP trainings. Coordinate the notarization and legalization of quality related statements.
• Provide support in regulatory inspections, customer quality audits, and internal audit. Support quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• College diploma in QA or compliance, or B.Sc. degree in natural science.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, QC or laboratory an asset.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently with limited supervision.
