Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to manage multiple tasks to ensure timely and accurate support to team members and customers.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to management and team members
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare and organize documentation for upcoming customer installations
- Complete post-installation documentation, including warranty registrations
- Assist with submitting warranty claims
- Support data entry and digital record management
- Assist with scheduling maintenance appointments, as needed
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
