Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and repairs on plumbing and heating systems.
• Installation, repairs, and diagnosis of propane gas systems.
• Locate leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water and HVAC systems.
• Fix issues in water and HVAC systems by repairing or replacing equipment.
• Installation of pipes and appropriate fixtures to ensure adequate drainage.
• Consult with clients to identify and address any other concerns related to their water and HVAC systems.
• Advise clients on appropriate care for their water and HVAC systems.

 Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumbing Certificate preferred
• 5+ years plumbing experience in a commercial setting.
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more
• Has own trade tools
• 1st to 4th year apprentice and journeyman plumbing certifications are considered
• Ability to commute or relocate.
